Q4 Sandy Utah Homes Sales rocketed up 38%

Last year, fourth quarter homes sales in Sandy Utah Homes went up 38 percent compared to Q4 of 2008 home sales. Around 278 homes were released on the said 3-month period of home sales while there were only 201 homes sold during the Q4 of 2008.

Last year, the median and average sales price drifted down in the market although the number of home sales went up straight. During the 4^th quarter of 2009, the median sales price went down to $238,000 from $265,000 median sale price in the Q4 of 2008. The average price decreased to $265,867 from $327,824 of the same quarter in 2008.
