Sandy Home Sale Numbers during December 2011!

Sandy Utah Real Estate revealed some new curves in the market last month. According to MLS, there were 81 homes sold in Sandy during December last year. Year over year change of sale slightly went up 1.23 percent from 80 sold homes of December 2010. Monthly change of sale went down 2.4 percent from 83 sold homes of November 2011.

Median sold price reached $212,000 of which 10.63 percent from $237,210 of December 2010. Home sales have been for 81 median days on market. Sandy Utah Homes for sale had balance market due to 5.16 months of inventory.
