Sandy Utah Real Estate had good home sales during the first quarter of the year. According to MLS, there were 185 homes sold in the market. Quarterly change of sale increased 20.12 percent from 154 sold homes during Q1 2011. Another change of sale rose 1.09 percent from 183 sold homes of Q4 last year.
The median sold price reached $225,000 with 74 median cumulative days on market. Home sales had an average sold price of $264,725 with 126 average cumulative days on market.
The highest price of sold property was at $974,985 while the lowest was sold at $30,000.

Sandy Utah Homes had good sales of homes in the market last month. According to MLS, there were 92 sold homes. Yearly change of sale increased 6.52 percent from 86 sold homes of April last year. Also, monthly change of sale slightly drifted up 5.4 percent from 87 sold homes of March 2012.
It’s been a sellers market in Sandy Utah Real Estate due to 4.39 months of inventory. Home sales got a median sold price of $212,000 of which decreased 10.11 percent from $235,850 of April last year. Sold homes have been for 63 median days on market.

Last month’s home sale in Sandy Utah Real Estate showed off higher curves in the market. According to MLS, there were 87 home sold. Year over year change of sale went up 9.2 percent from 79 sold homes of March last year. In terms of monthly change of sale, it drifted up 5.7 percent from 82 homes sold during February 2012.

The number of sold homes in Sandy Utah Real Estate showed off an improvement last month. With a total of 84 homes sold in the market, both monthly and yearly change of sales increased this time. In terms of yearly change of sale, it went up 35.71 percent from 54 sold homes of October last year. Likewise, monthly change of sale drifted up 6 percent from 79 sold properties of September 2011.

Year over year change of sale went up 12.66 percent from 69 sold homes of September last year. Its monthly change of sale went down 21 percent from 100 sold homes of August 2011.
Last month’s median sold price reached $213,850 of which dropped 10.9 percent from $240,000 of September 2010. Home sales have been for 94 median days on market. Selling and buying of homes in Sandy Utah Real Estate have shown new numbers in the market last month. A total of 100 homes have been sold out in Sandy UT Real Estate. Year over year change of sale went up 32 percent from 68 sold homes of August last year. There was a slight decrease on the monthly change of sale of which went down 3.8 percent from 104 sold homes of July 2011.

The median sold price was $220,500 of which dropped 3.10 percent from $227,550 of August 2010. Home sales have been for 66 median days on market. Sandy Utah Homes had a balance market due to 6.3 months of inventory.
