Sandy’s Home Sale improved in July 2011!

Home selling and buying in Sandy Utah Real Estate showed off some improvements in the market last month. According to MLS record, there were 104 homes that have been sold out in Sandy. These brought several changes on both monthly and yearly change of sale levels in the market. Year over year change of sale went up 18.27 percent from 85 sold homes of July 2010. Monthly change of sale slightly increased 3.8 percent from 100 homes sold during June 2011.

Sold homes had a median sold price of $236950 of which dropped 3.29 percent from $245000 of July last year. Sandy Utah Homes experienced a balance market since it got 6.35 months of inventory.

This time, there are 156 under contract homes of which dropped from 161 last month. Fewer under contract homes will also affect the curves of home sales in the future. It can either decrease or increase depending on the trends and flow of home buyers in the market.

Currently, there are 661 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy Utah.

Home selling and buying in Sandy Real Estate revealed new numbers in the market last month. Yearly change of sale showed off some good curves in the real estate market this time. A total of 100 sold homes have been recorded in Sandy of which year over year change of sale increased 12 percent from 88 sold homes of  June 2010. Monthly change of sale was still the same.

Home sales had  a median sold price of $205500 of which dropped 16.12 percent from $245000 of June last year. Sandy Utah Homes had a balance market since it gained 6.75 months of inventory. Sold properties have been for 105 median days on market.

So far, there are 675 active listings of homes for sale in Sandy Utah of which 161 are under contract in the market.

 

 

 

New Home Sales in Sandy: Better Numbers during May 2011!

Home sales in Sandy Utah Real Estate got better in the market last month. This can be attributed from its 100 sold homes in the market. Year over year change of sale went up 7 percent from 93 sold homes of May last year. In terms of monthly, it rose 14 percent from 86 sold properties of April this year.

The median sold price was $218173 of which dropped 5.14 percent from $230000 of May last year. Home sales have been for 60 median days on market. There have been a balance market in Sandy Utah Homes due to 6.9 months of inventory.

As of now, there are 690 active listings of homes for sale in Sandy UT in the market. A total of 168 homes are under contract this time.

Home Sales Stat for Sandy during April 2011!

Some home sale numbers in Sandy Utah Homes went high and low in the market last month. Home selling and buying are really getting tougher as months pass by in the market. With a total of  86 sold homes, year over year change of sale dropped 14 percent from 100 sold properties of April last year. On the other hand, monthly change of sale went up 8.1 percent from 79 sold homes of March this year.

The median sold price reached $235,850 of which rose 2.48 percent from $230,000 of April last year. Properties for sale in Sandy Real Estate have been for 86 median days on market while it’s still a  buyer’s market  due to 7.95 months of inventory.

Currently, 684 actively listed Sandy UT Homes are for sale of which 157 are under contract properties.

Looking at the home sale numbers of Sandy: Statistics during Q1 2011!

Existing home sales in Sandy Utah Real Estate continued on an upward though unsteady path in the first quarter of this year in the market. The existing home sales increased by 98.03 percent to 202 sold homes, up from 102 sold homes in the last quarter of 2010.

Another home sale comparison rose 68.33 percent from 120 sold homes of the last quarter in 2010.

Sandy Utah Homes had a  median sold price of $236,000 with 130 median cumulative days on market. An average sold price of $272,330 with 166 average CDOM have been noted.

One of the sold luxury homes in Sandy had the highest selling price of  $1,320,000 while the lowest price house was sold at $43,000.

New home sales drawn new numbers in Sandy Utah Real Estate last month. A total of 79 homes have been sold in the market. Year over year change of sale dropped 14.13 percent from 92 sold homes of March 2010. Monthly change of sale grew up 25.3 percent.

The median sold price of these home sales reached $225,000 of which drifted down 3.21 percent from $232,458.5 of March 2010. Home sales have been for 137 median days on market with an original list price of $249,900.

With 8.01 months of inventory, it’s still a buyer’s market in Sandy Utah Homes.

Currently, there are 633 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy UT of which 153 properties are under contract in the market.

Home Sales in Sandy: February 2011 Statistics!

Home sales seemed to be up and down in Sandy Utah Real Estate last month. There have been only 59 sold homes in the market of which brought new numbers Sandy Utah Homes this time.

In terms of yearly change of sale, it dropped nearly 1.67 percent from 60 sold homes of February 2010.

This time, monthly change of sale, it rose 13.6 percent from 51 sold homes of January this year.

The median sold price went down half a percent to $231,000 from $231,875 of February 2010. Sandy Utah home sales for 136 median days on market. It’s a seller’s market since it had 10.59 months of inventory.

Currently, there are 625 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy UT. It also include 137 under contract properties in the market this time.

Sandy’s Home Sales during January 2011: Numbers are down again!

Home sales seemed not good in Sandy Utah Real Estate last month. The number of total sold properties reached by 51 of which did not outnumber home sales for both monthly and yearly change of sales in the market. With this home sale number, it drawn certain changes in the home sale curve this time.

Yearly change of sales dropped 5.56 percent from 54 sold homes of January 2010. In terms of monthly change of sale, it went down 36.3 percent from 80 sold properties of December 2010.

Sandy Utah Homes sales have been for 112 median days on market. There have been 11.78 months of inventory of which there’s a seller’s market in Sandy.

Talking about its median sold price, it drifted down 2.56 percent to $247,500 from $254,000 of January 2010.

As of the moment, there are 601 actively listed homes for sale in Sandy UT of which 119 are under contract properties in the market.
